The video starts with titles over a blue background that say, "For your birthday, I found some old movie clips of you..." The scene shifts to an old color animation of a 1930s superman cartoon. We see Clark Kent changing into Superman in a telephone booth. Over the scene is a title, "You are...". He emerges and leaps into the air. Then he is lifting a falling skyscraper. Over the scene is the word "Supportive". Next he is flying, punching a laser beam aimed at him. Above him is the word, "Focused". Then he rips open a concrete wall with the word "Open" above him. Then he kneels behind Lois Lane who is crouching and with his cape spread wide, he shields her from falling molten lava. Above them is the word, "Protective". In the next scene, he fights and subdues a giant green dinosaur, wrapping a lamppost around it's neck like a collar. Above the scene are the words, "Good with Animals". Finally we zoom in on Superman in a heroic stance, hands on hips. Over him words appear saying, "You are a Super ." and " Happy Birthday"
