The animated anniversary card opens with a black background and in pink cursive lettering it says, "For your Anniversary here are clips from your wedding". Then it crossfades to Popeye and Olive Oil standing side by side in their wedding ceremony. Olive is in a dark red suite with pillbox hat. The minister is in a black suite. He has a bold head and a thick black moustache. He asks Popeye if he takes Olive to be his wife. Popeye, in a torso and head shot, tries to answer "I do" but stutters. he then takes out his famous can of spinach, squeezes it open and squeezes the spinach out in an arc into his mouth. He chews twice and swallow it. Newly energized, he shouts "I do". Then he looks embarrassed that he shouted it. The minister pronounces them man and wife and the scene fades to Popeye and Olive in a car driving along a road. On the back of the car is a sign saying "Just married" and there are tin spinach cans tied to the back of the car. The scene fades and is replaced by the card's message in pink cursive letters, "Wishing you both a very Happy Anniversary".
