This Old Tyme mothers day for daughter ecard is a sequence of vintage postcards with quotes or prose beginning with a vintage postcard of a little girl with dress and frilly apron sitting on a stool and she is calling on a vintage telephone and at the top the words say “to my daughter on mother’s day”. To the next 1800’s vintage postcard of a mother knitting and her little daughter has her arms around her neck from behind and there is a little cat next to them. The words say “you are cherished”. The next is a 1950’s postcard showing a little girl in her dress and cute shoes and socks with her jump rope on a sidewalk with a fence and flowers and the words say “with love to mother”. To the next painted vintage card where we have a lovely teacup with steaming tea, pansies around as well as sugar cubes and in the background is a matching plate with the words “with love to mother” written at its center. The words on the side of the card say “you are loved”. Next is an early 1900’s card of a heart made of roses and lily of the valleys. The words say “today you are celebrated” and the words fade out making place for the final words “sending you my love on mothers day”.
