The screen begins with a white background and the words, An Appreciation of Your Leadership, appear, and at the bottom left of the screen, a woman with black hair in a ponytai, yellow jacket, purple pants, and round white glasses, holding a clipboard, pops up and points at the words. She then looks at her clipboard and starts thinking, period. To the next screen, with a black background, the words "For making work rewarding" appear as another woman with red hair in a bun at the top of her head wearing a sleeveless cardigan, white shirt, and blue pants and wide loop earrings holds a clipboard. The woman is smiling and nods as a screen unfolds on the back wall with charts. As this is all unfolding, the words "and enjoyable" appear at the right side of the screen. To the next short video of an African American woman and Latino man looking at a chart that stands in between the two of them. The words "for helping me" appear at the left as they are, figuring out the chart, and more words appear at the right side reading "to do my best". To the final screen video where we see a woman sitting down in a meditation posture with her eyes closed as the words "Happy Boss's Day" appear.
