The Old Tyme Easter ecard is a sequence of vintage cards and postcards circa late 1800’s to early 1900’s on a vintage wallpaper background starting with a card of a bunny rabbit with a large Easter egg painted with flowers and the rabbit is also surrounded by identical flowers. To the next two vintage cards, the first one with a cute little chick that just came out from his eggshell and a branch of lilies are above him as he opens his wings. Next to it is a zeppelin in the air with a ladder with a group of cute little chicks from the ground going up the ladder onto the zeppelin that has garlands of flowers and the caption reads “many a wish for your future good, many a greeting bright, springs from my heart this Easter morn’ like a pure and brilliant light”. Next another set of two cards, the first one with a little boy dressed in his Easter clothes and hat circa 1890’s riding an old bicycle called velocipede with the wheels in the shape of eggs as the caption written on the large egg “May Easter bring thee many joys”. Next to it is a card circa early 1900’s with a rabbit father wearing a suit pushing a small cart with colorful Easter eggs with his three little rabbit children dressed in their Easter clothes and the caption reads “Easter Joys be thine”. To another set of cards first a little girl in her Easter Dress and bonnet seen from the back as she conducts three little bunny rabbits in a song as the caption reads “A happy Easter. All joy be yours at Easter tide and nought but happiness abide”. The adjoining card shows another little girl wearing her lovely dress and Easter bonnet seen from the back as she sits on a rock holding a music sheet and she conducts 5 little bunny rabbits in a song in a garden with lilies in the background and the caption reads “Joyous Easter greetings!”. Next, a vintage card with 4 bunny rabbits each playing an instrument, drum, two on trumpets, and violin as the stand on 4 leaf clovers and the caption reads “A joyful Easter”. To the final card of an adorable little chick pulling a large egg on wheels with a ribbon around his neck and the caption reads “Easter greeting. All Happiness for Easter”.
