This is a sequence of photos to present the 2009 inauguration of the Martin Luther King Junior National Memorial. The first photo is from Martin Luther King Jr’s August 1963 speech at the Lincoln Memorial, seeing him at the podium with microphones and a few people around him and the words “I have a dream today…” in white letter at the top of the photo. The next black and white photo is a wide shot of the Reflecting pool and National Mall in Washington DC with thousands of people attending MLK’s August 1963 speech. The next photo is colored and a shot from above the 2009 Washington DC Martin Luther King Jr National Memorial Project. We move to the next photo of the actual statue of Martin Luther King Jr from the 2009 memorial project. The next black and white photo is of MLK with his right hand up as if speaking to us and the words “now is the time” at the bottom left of the screen in white letters. The final screen shows 4 of the previous photos, two at the bottom and two at the top. From top left is MLK at the podium during his 1963 speech with the words “complete the dream www.buildthedream.org" at the top of the photo in white letters. Top right, is the black photo with MLK’s hand up as if speaking to us. Bottom left the colored and a shot from above the 2009 Washington DC Martin Luther King Jr National Memorial Project and the last photo bottom right is the actual statue of Martin Luther King Jr from the 2009 memorial project.
