The How to Discover America is an animated ecard starting with the beginning with an old map of the world and the words “how to discover America” written on it. Next, we see Christopher Columbus and then Divine the actress with high hair doo, platform shoes and little skirt and top. Divine turns into Queen Isabella holding a small gold coins coffer. When the voice over says ships, the Nina with Columbus standing at the prow, the Pinta and a rubber duck appear then is being replaced by the Santa Maria. Next, we see Columbus on a beach being joined by Fidel Castro in army clothes and Desi Arnaz appears from behind Castro. When the voice over says days off work we see Queen Isabella holding the gold coin coffer, Desi Arnaz, Columbus and Castro in a backyard and Castro is flipping burgers on a barbecue. Divine appears behind the fence as the final banner appears reading “Happy Columbus day!”
